Move administration to another domain in own portal

After creating the administration in the other domain in your own portal, you have three options for transferring the data of that administration:

• You download all documents (including bank files) from all years and record them again in the new administration in the other domain.

• You download the transactions from the starting year to last year in the form of an XAF file and use this file for a historical import into the new administration in the other domain.
  After this, the documents of the current year should be downloaded and then recorded again.

• You download the current year's transactions in the form of an XAF file and use this file for an interim import of the current year into the new administration in the other domain.

TIP!

It is also possible to import the interim and historical data combined into the new administration in the other domain.

For this type of import, the start date of the administration must be set to the 'youngest' year. For example, if you want to import data from 2019, 2020 and 2021, set the start date to 2019.
