Which settings you can specify in a domain depends on the selected bundle (and any additional features added) and the role(s) you have as a user in the domain.

In Yuki, you can adjust a number of domain settings to control your contract, administration(s), user(s), messaging, blocking/closing your domain, among others.

In a domain, you can set which user per administration will receive the messages from Yuki.

The messages concern the following:

  • Administrative questions: General questions from the accountant or back office regarding bookkeeping.
  • VAT return: Notifications regarding outstanding, submitted, or pending approval VAT returns.
  • Points of attention: These are crucial notifications, such as documents that are illegible or require additional information before they can be processed.
  • Payroll management: Tasks related to pay slips.

This is only relevant when using the Nmbrs, Loket, or Yuki payroll service.

  • Peppol traffic: Notifications regarding the status of the Peppol network (successful registration, cancellations, receipt of invoices, or invoices that unexpectedly could not be sent via Peppol).
