Create Mollie account

You can link Mollie with your administration in Yuki, making it easy to integrate all major payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, etc.). With Mollie, you can accept payments online and via your mobile, saving you more time on your accounting.


If you don't have a Mollie account yet, you can create a new free account with Mollie from Yuki.


After creating your account with Mollie, you must then manually create a Mollie bank account in your administration in Yuki. In the account details, under 'Payment provider account', you must enter the email address (username) you use to log in to your account with Mollie.


All configured settings like the settings of Mollie are gathered and categorised in one place in your domain. 


Open the settings of your domain by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then, in the now-opened screen, click on Mollie.

 

The following screen is opened:



To create a new Mollie account, you then go through the following steps in Mollie:

  • enter your company details
  • enter your website profile details
  • enter the business payment account on which Mollie should pay your customers' receipts
  • actually create your Mollie account.


Click on the Create a Mollie account for free button. The following screen is opened:



Enter your first and last name here.

The email address you use to log in to Yuki is then automatically entered here.

Change this email address if required, the email address you enter here will be used by Mollie, among other things, to get in touch with you..


ATTENTION!

The login email address for Mollie will also be the name of your Mollie bank account in your Yuki domain.


Finally, enter your password. The password must be at least 10 characters long.


Click the Account aanmaken button. 


You will receive an email from Mollie confirming the email address you provided.


The following screen is opened in Mollie:



To accept live payments from your customers, you must first activate your Mollie account by entering some company details.


You then create a so-called website profile in Mollie.


Finally, you define in Mollie the business bank account on which Mollie should start paying your customers' receipts.

This account must be verified by transferring 1 eurocent to Mollie via iDEAL or bank transfer.


In the screen above, click the Activeer account button to start entering the required business details in Mollie in five steps.


On the left side of the screen above, click on Instellingen and then click on Websiteprofielen and/or Bankrekeningen to create the website profile and record the business payout account.

After actually activating your Mollie account, you will receive an email at the email address you provided from Mollie with the activation link of your Mollie account.

You can now use your Mollie account to link your administration in Yuki to your existing Mollie account.


In the Sales functionality, click on Mollie under Settings. The following screen is opened: 



Click on the Link account button. The following screen is opened:
