You can view the underlying details from any document opened in Yuki. By clicking on the icon in front of the document subject, the information panel opens.



The tabs and data you see in the currently opened screen depend on the document type and your user rights (roles).



Available data per invoice type

By default, both purchase and sales invoices show general document and payment details. Specific items such as reminders or linked tasks differ by type:

Detailed details per tab


Invoice details

  • For purchase invoices: this section shows a number of details that were recognized and/or entered during the processing of the purchase invoice.


  • For sales invoices: this section shows a number of details that were entered automatically or manually during the processing of the sales invoice.



Payment information

  • For purchase invoices: shows the status (Paid, Partially due, Not yet paid) and the payment method (any other details such as the SEPA payment file).


  • For sales invoices: shows more detailed statuses (Paid, Paid by debit/credit card, Being collected, Partially due, Not yet paid) and any other details such as direct debit mandates.



Tasks & Questions (Purchase)

Shows all outstanding or resolved tasks and questions regarding the purchase invoice.

On the right side of your screen, you can see the status of the tasks and/or questions (status 'Open' or 'Completed'). 



Action

Users with the appropriate permissions can approve, change, or delete tasks and handle or answer questions. To do this, click on the arrow (>) or on the subject of the task/question.



Invoice reminders & Sent emails (Sales)

  • Invoice reminders: shows whether a reminder has been Sent or Delivered.


    TIP!
    Click on the arrow (>) next to the reminder or on the subject of the reminder to view the specific document info and the email that was actually sent.

  • Sent emails: shows the sending status (Sent or Delivered) to the customer. Yuki automatically refreshes this status every 15 minutes.
