From the opened document, the data of a document can be viewed. 


By clicking the icon in front of the document subject, the basic data of the document type will appear and you can now view, if applicable, the data about the payment, tasks and questions, invoice reminders and sent emails. The data available in your screen depends on the type of document and the rights (roles) of the user.



Below all data is described that can be viewed in the 'Purchase Invoice' and 'Sales Invoice' document types.


Document details of purchase invoice



In this screen (document type 'Purchase invoice') you can view the following data by clicking the icon:

  • Purchase invoice: this section displays a number of data that has been recognised and/or entered during the processing of the purchase invoice.
  • Payment: the status of the payment ('Paid', 'Partially payable' or 'Not yet paid') and the payment method of the invoice. Depending on the payment method, a number of other details are displayed such as the payment file, etc.


  • Tasks Questions: all tasks and questions created for or about this document. On the right-hand side of the screen you can see the status of the tasks and/or questions (status 'Open' or 'Finished').
    An user with the appropriate rights can approve, modify or delete a task and/or handle or answer a question by clicking the icon > in front of the task or question or the subject of the task or question.


Document details of sales invoice



In this screen (document type 'Sales invoice') you can view the following data by clicking the icon:

  • Sales invoice: this section displays some of the data that has been automatically or manually entered during the processing of the sales invoice.
  • Payment: the status of the payment ('Paid', 'Paid by debit card', 'Paid by credit card', 'To be collected', 'Partially to be paid' or 'Not yet paid') and the payment method of the invoice. Depending on the payment method, a number of other details are displayed such as the direct debit authorisation, etc.


  • Invoice reminders: the status of the sent reminders ('Sent' or 'Delivered') and other data such as the recipient, etc.


    ATTENTION!
    To view the document details (Document Info and Sent e-mails) of the sent reminder, click the icon > for the sent reminder or the subject of the sent reminder.

  • Sent emailsthe status of the sent e-mails ('Sent' or 'Delivered') and other data such as the recipient, etc..


    The status of sent e-mails is updated by Yuki every 15 minutes.
