My contact card (profile)

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.


Your profile consists of your contact card where you can view your contact details and all data currently linked to you, such as email addresses, bank accounts, documents, etc.


All configured settings, such as the data of your own profile, have been brought together and categorized in one place in your domain.


Open your contact card by clicking on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar and then searchi and open your own contact card in the now-opened screen. 


The following screen is opened:



At the top of your screen you see the following buttons:

  1. Create a new contact (person or company) in the address book
  2. Change the details of your contact card
  3. Create a sales invoice
  4. Create a new task for an user with access to this domain
  5. Create a new activity for an employee
  6. Change your password or your login email address for this domain
  7. Give delegation to a user with access to this domain so he or she can log in under your name (without a password)  
  8. Send an email
  9. Print the address on a printer label
  10. Open a map with, if required, directions (only available when the address details are entered).


Depending on your role as user in Yuki you can use a number of features on the left of your screen that are related to your contact card:


Data

  • Contact info
  • Summary
  • Email addresses
  • Bank accounts
  • Direct debit mandates (only with 'Customer' contact type)
  • Web addresses
  • Default values (only available for an user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'External accountant' role)
  • Replication links (only available for an user with a 'Back office' role).


When purchase or sales invoices are linked to the contact there are additional features available at the botom left of your screen:


Financials

  • Outstanding invoices
  • Aging analysis
  • Current account
  • Transactions.


In addition you also have access to data that is linked to yourself in Yuki:


Contacts

  • Documents
  • Documents created
  • All mail
  • Appointments
  • Tasks
  • Activities
  • Projects.


When you are also created as an employee in Yuki then you can see all HR documents and absence of yourself on the left of your screen.


Employee data

  • HR documents
  • Absence.
