Update prices of sales item in bulk

In Yuki, you have the option to update the prices and validity date of these prices of one sales item at once. This is useful, for example, to leave the old price of an item until a certain date and have the new price take effect from that date.

Access to Price list

To access:

• click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
• click on Sales items
• then, in the now-opened screen, click on the description of the price list in which you want to update the prices or validity date of an item in bulk.

Update prices of sales item in bulk

To update the prices of a sales item in bulk, follow these steps:

• click on the Update prices button

• select the sales item prices whose price, VAT code and/or validity date you want to update at once
• enter a new price, VAT code, start date and/or end date for each price line
• then click on the Save button.
