Change prices of sales items in bulk (via price list)

Disclaimer

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

In Yuki, you have the option to change the item price, the validity date of this price and/or the VAT rate of a number of sales items at once.

This way, you can easily change item prices for the future. For example, if you want to apply different prices from the new year, you can prepare these changes as early as December.

Access to price list

To access:

• click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
• click on Price lists
• then, in the now-opened screen, click on the description of the price list for which you want to change the details of a number of sales items at once.

Change prices of sales items in bulk

To change the prices of some sales items in bulk:

• click on the button with the three dots
• then select the Update prices menu option from the dropdown menu
  
  
  The following screen is opened:
  
  
  
• select all sales items whose details you want to change at once.

Change prices or VAT code in bulk

To change the prices or VAT code of the selected sales items all at once:

• enter a new price or VAT code for each sales item
• click on the Save button to save the changed prices or VAT codes of the sales items.

Change validity date of prices in bulk

To change the start date and/or end date of the price of the selected sales items all at once:

• click on the Start date and/or End date button respectively
• in the now-opened screen, enter the new start or end date
  
  
  
• then click on the Confirm button to save the changed start or end date for all selected sales items.
