How do I remove multiple documents from the workflow at once?

In Yuki, you can provide documents by scanning, uploading, synchronizing, or emailing them. Additionally, it is also possible to generate certain documents through a web service. In this overview, you can see when which user submitted a number of documents (batch) and what the current status of those documents is.


Only a user with the 'Back office' role within the domain or the 'Management', 'Financial Administration', or 'External Accountant' role can remove one or more documents from the workflow.


All users with a different role can only delete the documents they have scanned or uploaded themselves.


Click on the PO Box icon In the navigation bar and then in the now-opened screen click on History.


The following screen is opened:



Click on > in front of the batch line or the batch date to view the details of a batch. The following screen is opened:



n this batch view, you can place all selected documents in a folder, merge them into a bundle, or delete them at once by clicking on the corresponding buttons in the top left corner of this screen.
