An administration can only be deleted from a domain when there is no data (documents or transactions) processed in the administration.

A user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can delete an administration from a domain.

TIP!

The owner of a domain can cancel the contract of an administration directly from a domain.

After the term of the contract has expired Yuki will automatically set the status of the cancelled administration to 'Inactive'. An inactive administration will be visible in the overview of all administrations in the domain.

When all the other administrations in the domain are active the data of the inactive administration can still be viewed. However it is not possible anymore to process data in this administration.

A new administration can be deleted from different places in the domain:

  • Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar, click on Contacts and then click on the Administrations icon in the now-opened screen
  • in the navigation bar, click on the Home icon and then click on the My domain tile
  • Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on My domain in the now-opened screen.

The following screen is opened:

Click on the name of the administration that you want to delete. The following screen is opened:

Click on the trash can button to delete the administration from the domain.

When there is still data present in the administration an error message will appear on your screen:
