An administration can be deleted from a domain only when no data (transactions or documents) have been processed in the administration.

A user with the ‘Back office’ role in the domain or the ‘Management’, Financial administration' or ‘External accountant’ role can delete an administration from a domain.

TIP!

The owner of a domain can cancel the contract of an administration directly from the domain.

After the term of the contract expires, Yuki automatically changes the status of the cancelled administration to ‘Inactive’. An inactive administration remains visible in the overview of all administrations in the domain.

If the other administrations in the domain do remain active, then the data in the inactive administration can still be viewed. However, it is no longer possible to process data in this administration.

ATTENTION!

A user with the role ‘Portal administrator’ (administrative office or accountant) can also cancel the contract of one or more administrations through the domain.

'My domain' can be accessed from different places in Yuki:

  • Click above the navigation bar on the icon Switch domain and then click on My domain
  • Click in the navigation bar on the Settings icon.

  • Then in the now-opened screen, in the Domain section, click on Companies. Open the Default view.

The following screen is opened:

Click on the name of the administration you want to delete. The following screen is opened:

Click on the trash can to delete the administration from the domain.

However, if data is still present in the administration, an error message appears on the screen:
