When a domain is created in the portal, an administration is also created immediately. Within a domain, an entrepreneur may, of course, want to keep more than one administration.
For example, you should think of a holding company and one or more operating companies etc.
A user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Management' role can add a new administration to the domain.
A new administration can be added from different places in the domain:
- Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar, click on Contacts and then click on the Administrations icon in the now-opened screen
- Above the navigation bar, click on the Switch domain icon and then click on My domain
- in the navigation bar, click on the Home icon and then click on the My domain tile
- Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on My domain in the now-opened screen.
The following screen is opened:
Click on the Administration button. The following screen is opened:
Enter the data (administration profile) of the new administration in this screen and all the following screens.
