If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on Forgot password? in the login screen.
The following screen is opened:
Enter the email address you use to log in to Yuki here. To this email address the e-mail will be sent that will allow you to create a new password via a link.
Then click on the Next button. The following screen is opened:
Click on the Close button.
From the email in your mailbox, now click on the link in the e-mail to reset your password.
ATTENTION!
Within 12 hours of receiving the email, you must click on this link.
ATTENTION!
If you have enabled two-factor authentication in Yuki, the following screen will open after clicking the link in the email:
Enter the two-factor authentication code here, then click on the Next button.
If you lose access to your authenticator due to loss or theft, you can click the Lost access to authenticator? button which allows you to disable the two-factor authentication.

In the now-opened screen, enter your new password and then enter it again to confirm your new password. While entering, Yuki indicates the strength of your new password. Hover your mouse over one of the green icons to read what your password must comply with.
Then click on the Next button.
The following screen is opened:
If required, click on the Login button to log in immediately.
An email will also be sent to your email inbox confirming setting a new password.
