Software release

• Bij importeren van loonjournaalposten vanuit Nmbrs® kunnen alle kosten van een kostenplaats automatisch worden toegewezen aan een project

Bij het importeren van de loonjournaalposten vanuit Nmbrs® kunnen alle kosten van een kostenplaats in de loonjournaalpost automatisch worden toegewezen aan een door jezelf aangemaakt project in Yuki. Dit project dient wel dezelfde naam te hebben als de kostenplaats in Nmbrs®. De Nmbrs webservice domein of administratie instelling 'Splits loonjournaalpost per' moet hiervoor zijn geactiveerd door de backoffice.

• Totaalbedrag van te incasseren verkoopfacturen van SEPA incassobestand wordt getoond

Tijdens het selecteren van de te incasseren verkoopfacturen van het SEPA incassobestand dat je wilt aanmaken wordt het totaalbedrag van deze facturen getoond. Zo zie je meteen of het totaalbedrag wel of niet je incasso transactie limiet overschrijdt.

• Controle kwaliteit van OCR herkenningsregels

Voor elke OCR herkenningsregels wordt de nauwkeurigheid berekend vanaf de aanmaakdatum of de datum waarop de herkenningsregel is gewijzigd. De nauwkeurigheid bestaat uit het percentage van documenten waarbij de relatie correct door de desbetreffende herkenningsregel is herkend.

• Afsluiten administratie mogelijk ondanks suppletie met status 'Klaar om te versturen' en 'Verstuurd'

Bij het afsluiten van een boekjaar (jaarwerk) kan een administratie nu worden afgesloten terwijl er in de desbetreffende administratie nog een suppletie met de status 'Klaar om te versturen' of 'Verstuurd' (waarvan bevestiging door Belastingdienst nog niet is ontvangen) aanwezig is.

• Eiland van Man kan worden geactiveerd als land

Het is nu mogelijk om het land 'Eiland van Man' te activeren bij de instellingen van het domein. Dit land staat in de lijst met inactieve landen als 'Man (eiland)'.

• Grootboekrekening '40960 Vakantiedagen' is verplaatst naar categorie 'Personeelskosten' in rapportage

Opgeloste bugs

• 22517 Tussentijds Import XAF bestand Unit4 Multivers API. The intermediate and financial import does now support the Unit4 Multivers API software description.
• 21370, 198393 Error message "Cannot create or edit transactions before 01-01-EEYY for company <Name>. Now if the block date value is empty on the administration freeze page it will use the close date value.  If you try to delete the block date value without deleting the close date value, it will keep its old value. 
• 22253 Fix calculation in the Yearly comparison of the WKR module. We have fixed the calculation of the free space amount in the yearly comparison view and made sure that every entered amount is calculated correctly. This last part is related to FD 210134 ticket where certain amounts were not calculated correctly.
• 22258 Remove the previous year column from the report view in the WKR module. The report view in the WKR module will no longer show the data from the previous year column.
• 22157 Date picker shows wrong year for 2020 when the domain has the ISO8601 period tag. The date picker now shows the correct fiscal year in the WKR module for domains that have the ISO8601 tag.
• 22319 Brexit: changing tax code on invoiceactions.aspx for 2020 does work for BO-sales invoices but not for Sales Module-sales invoices 
• 22146 When a confirmed bank account is changed it remains confirmed. When the bankaccount/IBAN of a customer or supplier has been modified the verified status is reset.
• 871 Companies call in Yuki SOAP webservices returns deleted and inactive administration. In the Yuki SOAP webservices the Companies and Administration calls are extended with a property which shows if an administration in active
• 28154 Timestamp set Yuki and not username of BO. When adding a note to the Quality Monitor you will now see the user name instead of 'Yuki'.
• 13239, 155767 default date of today in ActivityInvoices.aspx. The date picker now defaults to the date today in the Invoices Activities section (optional module).
• 20929 WKR 13 periods in 2020 should be 3% instead of 1.2%. Fixed the wrong calculation of the free space in the WKR module for domains with 13 periods.
• 21760 When printing the WKR in PDF for 2020, with the tag for the 13 periods,  the date is not presented correctly. If a user creates a pdf for the WKR calculation the correct year is now printed on the pdf.
• 22106 Exclude GLaccount 02700 where legislation counrty is NL from all asset checks in the QM. As of now, use of ledger account 02700 will not be reflected in the grade of the Quality monitor.
