In Yuki, it is possible to manually create a sales invoice and then send it to your customer by mail, email or via Peppol. Then, if necessary, the invoice can be handled correctly.
To send a new sales invoice to your customer, the following steps must be completed:

Access to draft invoice
- click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
- click on Invoices
- in the now-opened screen, select the Draft invoices view.
Enter invoice delivery details
Open the invoice for which you want to enter the delivery details by clicking on the subject of that invoice. Then, in the now-opened screen, click on the Next button.
The following screen is opened:

The invoice delivery details can be entered in the fields described below.
Invoice date (required)
The invoice date shown is always today's date. If required, select a different invoice date here.
Sending method (required)
Here, the default sending method entered in the Sales settings on the Sending method tab is used.
For a detailed description, see the article Sales Standard - Sending method (Sales settings).
You can always select one of the following sending methods:
- Peppol
- Send manually.
ATTENTION!
Specific data must be entered for the E-mail and Peppol sending methods.
Email sending method

ATTENTION!
When a sender email address has not yet been set in the administration, the following message is shown:

Click on the Set up email link to still set your company's sender email address.
For a detailed description, see the article Sales Standard - Sending method (Sales settings).
Customer email address (required)
Here, the email address that has already been entered for the customer is shown. If necessary, enter the customer's email address. If no email address is known, the invoice will not be processed.
CC
All email addresses added in this field also receive the sales invoice e-mails because they are added as CC when sending the sales invoices.
Email subject (required)
Here, the email subject is shown by default as defined in the Sales settings on the Sending method tab in Sales Invoice under Email Templates.
You can change the email subject for this specific invoice.
Message (required)
Here, the email text is shown by default as it is defined in the Sales settings on the Sending method tab under Sales Invoice in Email Templates.
You can change the email text for this specific invoice.
Peppol sending method
ATTENTION!
If the administration is not registered with Peppol, the following message is shown:

Click on the Register on Peppol link to still send the sales invoice through Peppol.
When the administration is registered with Peppol, this sending method is automatically selected for the customer here when possible.
ATTENTION!
When the customer is not registered with Peppol, this sending method is therefore not chosen by Yuki.
If the sending method 'Peppol' is selected anyway, the following message appears on the screen:

Send manually
The invoice is processed in the administration but not sent to the customer. So you still have to manually send the invoice to your customer yourself.
