Go through the following steps:

  • Compare the check closing balance of Yuki with the closing balance of the bank ( missing transactions ): difference between both closing balances is 9621.23 - 9519.76 = 101.47 euros.

  • Open the statement 10601 belonging to the red line:
    • 60F:D100415EUR9272,67
    • 61:1004160416D30,N192NONREF.

The :60F: line shows the opening balance: 9272.67 euros on15-04-2010.

  • Open the statement 10501 belonging to the gray line:

The opening balance in statement 10601 should equal the closing balance in statement 10501 on 15-04-2010.

    • Click on the line beginning with 10501.
The now-opened screen shows the transaction lines from the statement. Under the document properties it says that the file was submitted on 15-04-2010 15:36.

Also in the name of the file it says when it was accrued at the bank MT940 15-04-2010 15:35:24.

Action to be taken

On 16-04-2010 or later, download the bank transactions of 15-04-2010 through the bank again so that the bank transactions of the entire day are downloaded.

Then import the bank file back into Yuki.

ATTENTION!
