Our GPT Assistant is available in the Knowledge Base to help you with any questions you may have about the Yuki software. You will always find this assistant in the bottom right corner of the screen. The GPT Assistant is there to help you find the information you need.

Click on the GPT Assistant and in the now-opened screen, formulate your question (message) as clearly as possible.



Wondering how to use our GPT Assistant most effectively? Here are some helpful tips for asking the GPT Assistant questions:


  • Be specific
    Make sure your question is clear and detailed and avoid vague wording.

  • Use terms as they appear in Yuki
    Identify and use the most important terms in your question. This will help the GPT Assistant better understand what you are looking for.

  • Provide context
    If relevant, add some background information or context to your question. This can help get a more accurate answer.

  • Ask one question at a time
    Try asking one question at a time rather than multiple questions at once. This makes it easier for the Assistant to understand your question and respond to it effectively.

  • Be polite and clear
    Formulate your question in a polite and clear manner. Avoid ambiguity or jargon that could potentially be confusing.

  • Rephrase if necessary

    If you don't get the answer you want, try rephrasing your question in a different way. Sometimes a small change in wording can make a big difference in the quality of the answer.


For questions related to a specific administration, specific domain or accountant portal, we recommend that you do not use the GPT Assistant, but follow the usual channels. For example, if you have a question about how a feature works in Yuki or what is or is not possible with Yuki, you can ask the GPT Assistant.
