In the Knowledge base, you can find all the articles that will help you use Yuki. The layout of the Knowledge base is based on the Yuki software. For example, the categories are organized based on the Yuki main menu in the software. Within these categories, you can find folders that create an additional layout based on Yuki functionalities/features. You can compare this to the submenu you see in Yuki when you are in a functionality/feature.
You can find the Knowledge base by clicking on Knowledge base at the top of the home page.
Each category contains a number of topics divided into folders.
Each folder contains articles that explain the use of the Yuki software and where you might find your answer.
Articles in Knowledge base
When creating the articles, we made sure that they contain clear and short texts so that you can find answers to your questions quickly and concretely. With clear overviews and the necessary screenshots, we make it recognizable what the explanation refers to and where you can find certain buttons. Because many Yuki pages complement and relate to each other, we've made sure that within the Knowledge base, different articles are also linked to each other, so to speak.
In the screenshot below, we searched for "kwalitei" and then clicked on Show all. We then clicked on the appropriate suggested article. The article opened.
You can immediately see that we are in the Quality Monitor article. This article is in the Partner portal category in the Dashboard folder.
Of course, you may quickly discover that you are not quite in the right article, or that you would like more information than you just read. For that, the Articles in this folder and You may like to read sections are helpful.
The latter section displays articles related to the article we are currently in. Clicking on one of the suggested related articles will take you to that article.
