How do I search for answers in the support portal?

t's important that you can quickly find your answers to the questions you have about the Yuki software. Besides making the layout of the knowledge base as recognizable as possible by basing it on the Yuki software, you can find your answers by searching through the support portal or by searching directly from the Yuki software 


The search function

Central to the support portal is the search bar. The search bar can be found on every page you turn to in the support portal, so you can always search for your answer. 



Under the question Hi, how can we help you? you can enter keywords related to the information you are looking for. Based on (some of) the terms entered, even before you have pressed <Enter> or clicked on the Search button, suggestions of relevant content will be made.



You can see that if we type in “kwalitei” we already get a list of suggestions. In yellow are shown the results that match one-to-one with the part of the word typed in, and you can see in which topics this word appears. 


This directly indicates how the search bar works and how proposals are shown on the home page: 

  • If you search on the Home page you will search solutions (Articles) as well as your ticket history (Tickets). 
  • If you search on the Knowledge base page you search only the solutions (Articles).
  • If you search on the Tickets page, you search in your old tickets. 


Of course, you can also ignore the suggestions given when typing in search terms and click on the Search button or press <Enter>. In this case, you will end up in the list of search results.



You can filter the list, if applicable, by showing only the results in “Articles” or “Tickets,” for example.
