Activate Ponto in domain (Accountant)

A user with the "Portal administrator" role must add the "PSD2 Connection" accountant feature to a domain via the bundle management in the portal or via the contract in the domain.


To use the Ponto PSD2 integration, Ponto must then be activated in the domain.


ATTENTION!

An entrepreneur can indicate at any time that they want to use the Ponto PSD2 link.


After activating Ponto, an entrepreneur can, if necessary, be reminded that:

  • one or more bank accounts still need to be linked to Ponto
  • one or more linked bank accounts need to be reauthorized

    ATTENTION!
    Yuki and Ponto also automatically send messages to the entrepreneur reminding them to reauthorize a linked bank account.


Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can activate Ponto in the domain or remind entrepreneurs to link or authorize a bank account.




To use the Ponto PSD2 link, a number of things must be arranged:


Back office

  • Activate Ponto in the domain
  • if necessary, remind entrepreneur of bank accounts to be linked
  • if necessary, remind entrepreneur of linked bank accounts to be reauthorized

Access to Ponto

All settings for Ponto are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.


To access these settings:

  • click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
  • then, in the now-opened screen, in the Bank section click on Ponto.


Activate Ponto




Click on the Activate Ponto button to activate Ponto in the domain. 


The following message appears on the screen:



Click on the Activate button.

Once the PSD2 integration is activated, all users will receive a notification:

  • in the Yuki Assistant app
  • in their mailbox
  • as an email in their inbox.


Link bank accounts to Ponto

From this moment on, one or more bank accounts in the domain can be linked to Ponto by the account holder(s) of the bank account(s).


After linking, an overview screen will automatically open where the details of these links can be viewed.



In the overview screen, you can see the status of the Ponto link for each bank account. The possible statuses are:

  • Connected: The bank account has been successfully linked to Ponto.
  • Not connected: There is no active connection to Ponto yet.
  • Expires soon: The current connection will expire soon and requires reauthorization.
  • Expired: The connection is no longer active and requires reauthorization.


From this overview screen, a user can:

  • remind the entrepreneur about the bank account(s) to be linked.


Authorizations expiry date

Every 6 months, the authorization of a linked bank account in Ponto must be renewed. The expiry date of the authorization is shown in the Expires on column.


From this overview screen, a user can:

  • remind the entrepreneur to reauthorize linked bank account(s).


Remind entrepreneur of bank account(s) to be linked

If required, reminder messages can be sent to all users in the domain to remind them that bank accounts with the status Not connected can be linked to Ponto.


ATTENTION!

Only the account holder(s) of the bank account(s) can link the bank account(s).


Sendi manual reminder message

To send a reminder message, hover your mouse over the line for the bank account for which you want to send a reminder to all users in the domain and click on the Remind button.



The following message appears on the screen:



All users in the domain will receive the reminder:

  • in the Yuki Assistant app
  • in their mailbox
  • as an email in their inbox.


Remind entrepreneur to reauthorize linked bank account(s)

One month before the expiry date, the bank account status in the overview screen will change to Expires soon.


If required, messages can be sent to all users in the domain as a reminder that the bank account(s) need to be reauthorized.


ATTENTION!

Only the account holder(s) of the bank account(s) can reauthorize linked bank account(s).

To send a reminder message, hover your mouse over the line for the bank account for which you want to send a reminder to all users in the domain and click on the Remind button.


The following message appears on the screen:



All users in the domain will receive the reminder:

  • in the Yuki Assistant app
  • in their mailbox
  • as an email in their inbox.


Automatic reminder message from Yuki and Ponto


Yuki

All users within the domain automatically receive a reminder from Yuki in the Yuki Assistant app, in their mailbox, and via email in their inbox at the following times:

  • one month in advance
  • ten days before the expiry date
  • one day before the expiry date
  • on the expiry date.


Ponto

A Ponto account holder automatically receives an email from Ponto:

  • two weeks before the expiry date
  • on the expiry date.
