Activate Ponto in domain

To use the Ponto PSD2 link, Ponto must be activated in the domain. 

After Ponto activation, an entrepreneur can be reminded, if necessary, that one or more bank accounts have yet to be linked to Ponto.


ATTENTION!

An entrepreneur can indicate at any time that he or she wants to use the Ponto PSD2 link.


Only a user with the role 'Portal administrator' can activate Ponto in the domain.


Ponto can be activated from two places in a domain in Yuki:

  • Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. Then, in the now-opened screen, click on Ponto PSD2 links in the Banks section..
  • Click on the drop-down button at the top left of the screen, click on My domain and then click on the Contract button. In the now-opened screen, click on the Manage accountant features button and then select the PSD2 connection accountant feature..


ATTENTION!

In a domain with the bundle pricing model, a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can also activate Ponto by clicking the 'Manage' link behind the bundle in the domain's details (settings) in the portal and then selecting the 'PSD2 connection' feature.


The following screen is opened:



Click on the Activate Ponto button to activate Ponto in the domain. 


The following message appears on the screen:



Click on the Activate button.

All users in the domain will receive a notification about the activation of Ponto in the Yuki Assistant app and in the PO Box. In addition, an email will also be sent to all users in the domain about the activation of Ponto. 


From this moment on, one or more bank accounts in the domain can be linked to Ponto by the account holder(s) of the bank account(s).


The screen below will then be opened automatically:



You can see for each bank account, among other things, what the status of the link with Ponto is.


In this overview you can filter the data shown by Status (of the link with Ponto): 

  • Connected
  • Not connected
  • Expires soon
  • Expiring.


Every 6 months, the authorisation of a linked bank account in Ponto must be renewed. The expiry date of the authorisation is shown in the Expires on column.


From this screen, a user can:

  • remind the entrepreneur to link bank account(s)
  • remind the entrepreneur to reauthorise linked bank account(s).

Remind entrepreneur of bank account(s) to be linked

Messages can be sent, if required, to all users in the domain as a reminder that bank accounts can be linked to Ponto.


ATTENTION!

Only the account holder(s) of the bank account(s) can link the bank account(s).


Hover your mouse over the bank account line for which you want to send a reminder to all users in the domain and click on the Remind button. 



The following message appears on the screen:



All users in the domain will receive the reminder in the Yuki Assistant app and in the PO Box. In addition, an email is also sent to all users in the domain.


Remind entrepreneur to reauthorise linked bank account(s)

Every 6 months, the authorisation of a linked bank account must be renewed in Ponto before the expiry date.


One month before the expiry date, the status of the bank account will change to Expires soon.


Messages can be sent, if required, to all users in the domain to remind them that the bank account(s) must be re-authorised.


ATTENTION!

Only the account holder(s) of the bank account(s) can reauthorise the linked bank account(s).


Hover your mouse over the line of the bank account for which you want to send the entrepreneur a reminder and click on the Remind button.


The following message appears on the screen:



All users in the domain will receive the reminder in the Yuki Assistant app and in the PO Box. In addition, an email is also sent to all users in the domain.


ATTENTION!

All users in the domain will automatically receive a reminder in the Yuki Assistant app and in the PO Box one month, 10 days and one day before the due date and on the day of the due date. In addition, an email is also automatically sent to all users.


The Ponto account holder will also automatically receive two emails from Ponto two weeks before the due date and on the day of the due date.
