Grant or use delegation rights in domain

You can grant delegation rights to one or more users, allowing them to log in under your name (without a password) and perform all activities within this domain on your behalf.


ATTENTION!

The user to whom you have granted delegation rights also has access to your private documents (including your pay stubs and all documents in the 'HR' folder under the HR documents tab), private appointments, and your email.


Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar, then click on Contacts.

In the now-opened screen, open your own contact card.



Grant delegation rights

Grant delegation rights to a user with access to this domain by clicking on the Delegation button.



The following screen is opened:



Click on the Delegate rights button, and then, in the now-opened screen, select the user(s) to whom you want to grant delegation rights.



You can revoke the delegation rights granted to a user by clicking on the red cross next to that user’s name.



Use delegation rights

A user with delegation rights can log in under your name by first logging into the domain with their own username and password, clicking on the user button in the now-opened screen, and then selecting your name under Delegation.
