Queued invoices

Disclaimer

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

In Yuki, you can view a overview of sales invoices that have been processed in bulk but are still queued for processing because not all of them have actually been processed by Yuki yet.

Yuki cannot speed up this processing process because it is caused by server congestion and how long the general queue is at that time for the IDR.

From this work list, a user can:

  • view the document
  • view the contact
  • remove an invoice from the queue.

Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar, click on Invoices and then select Queued invoices from the dropdown menu in the now-opened screen

The following screen is opened:

View document

  • Click on the subject of the document
    OR
  • Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select View document from the dropdown menu.

In the now-opened screen, the invoice can be changed, if necessary, or actions can be performed on the invoice.  .

View contact

Hover over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select View contact from the dropdown menu.

The contact card of the contact is now opened.

Remove invoice from queue

Hover your mouse over the line of the invoice in question, click on the button with the three dots and then select Remove from queue from the dropdown menu.

If the invoice has not yet been processed (no invoice number listed), the invoice will be returned to the 'Invoices ready to be sent' work list.

If the invoice has already been processed (invoice number listed), the invoice will be moved to the 'Outstanding invoices' work list.

ATTENTION!

This does not resolve the reason why the invoice remained in the queue.

For example, if the invoice has an invalid email address then this will have to be changed and the invoice will have to be sent again.

To resend an outstanding invoice, open the invoice and then click on the Resend email button.

The following screen is opened:

A different or corrected recipient e-mail address can be entered here. This will not change the e-mail address recorded in Yuki for the relation (recipient).

Enter the correct email address here and then click on the Send email button.
