In Yuki, you can view an overview of the history of all sales invoices processed and sent to your customers.
TIP!
Per customer, you can view the total sales (in a given period) here by searching by the name of a specific contact via the Search function.
This allows you to quickly see, for example, what you have invoiced to your top customers.
From this work list, a user can:
- send an invoice by email
- view the document
- view the contact.
The 'Invoice history' overview can be opened from different places in Yuki:
- Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar, click on Invoices and then select Invoice history from the dropdown menu in the now-opened screen.
- Hover your mouse over the Bank icon in the navigation bar and click on Collect. Subsequently, in the now-opened screen click on Invoice history.
The following screen is opened:
TIP!
To view all invoices that are being collected, the Direct debit column can be added to this overview by clicking on the Column selection button. All relevant sales invoices will have a green tick in this column.
In this overview, you can use the so-called document viewer to:
- hide or show a screen preview of the document
- open the document in the browser
- download the document.
Click on the line of the relevant invoice and then on one of the buttons on the right of the screen:
Send invoice by email
The sales invoice can be resent to a different customer email address. Hover over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select Send via email from the dropdown menu.
The following screen is opened:
Enter the customer's email address and then click on the Send button.
View document
- Click on the subject of the document
OR - Hover your mouse over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select View document from the dropdown menu.
In the now-opened screen, the invoice sent can be changed, if necessary, or actions can be performed on the invoice.
View contact
Hover over the line of the relevant invoice, click on the button with the three dots and then select View contact from the dropdown menu.
The contact card of the contact is now opened.
