Invoice history

In Yuki, you can view a report of the history of all sales invoices processed and sent to your customers. 



Access to Invoice history

To access:

  • click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Invoices
  • then, in the now-opened screen, select Invoice history from the dropdown menu

    OR

  • click on the Bank icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Collect
  • then, in the now-opened screen, click on Invoice history.



Invoice history report




On this screen, you can view all the details of every invoice that has ever been processed and sent to your customers.


To view all invoices that are being collected, the Direct debit column can be added to this overview by clicking on the Column selection button. All relevant sales invoices will have a green checkmark in this column.



View total sales per customer

Per customer, you can view the total sales (in a given period) here by searching by the name of a specific contact via the Search function.

This allows you to quickly see, for example, what you have invoiced to your top customers.



Document viewer

Click on the relevant invoice line and then on the Show / Hide button (icon with a right / left arrow) to show or hide the document preview on the screen.



Additionally, in the document viewer you can:

  • open the document in the browser (square icon with a top-right arrow)
  • download the document (cloud icon with a down arrow).



AVAIILABLE USER ACTIONS

From this report, a user can:

  • send an invoice by email 
  • view the document
  • view the contact.


Send invoice by email

To resend the sales invoice to a different customer email address:

  • hover your mouse over the line of the relevant invoice
  • click on the button with the three dots
  • then select the Send via email menu option from the dropdown menu


    The following screen is opened:


  • enter the customer's email address
  • then click on the Send button.


View document

To view the document:

  • click on the subject of the document

    OR

  • hover your mouse over the line of the relevant invoice
  • click on the button with the three dots
  • then select the View document menu option from the dropdown menu


In the now-opened screen, the invoice sent can be changed, if necessary, or actions can be performed on the invoice.


View contact

To view the contact of an invoice:

  • hover your mouse over the line of the relevant invoice
  • click on the button with the three dots
  • then select the View contact menu option from the dropdown menu


The contact card of the contact is now opened.
