In Yuki, you can view an overview of all ended contracts.
The contracts shown are those whose contract end date has passed.
Access to Ended contracts
To access:
- click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
- click on Contracts
- then, in the now-opened screen, select the Ended contracts overview from the dropdown menu.

On this screen, you can view all the details of the contracts that have ended.
AVAILABLE USER ACTIONS
From this screen, a user can:
- view the contract details
- view the contact
- change a contract
(see article Change contract of recurring invoice) - delete a contract.
View contract details
View the contract details:
- click on the subject of the document
OR - hover your mouse over the line of the corresponding contract
- click on the button with the three dots
- then select View contract details from the dropdown menu.

In the now-opened screen, the ended contract can be edited and then saved.
View contact
To view the contact of the contract:
- hover your mouse over the line of the corresponding contract
- click on the button with the three dots
- then select View contact from the dropdown menu.

The contact card of the corresponding contact is now opened.
Delete contract
To delete a contract:
- click on the subject of the ended contract you want to delete
- in the now-opened screen, click on the button with the three dots

- click on Delete in the dropdown menu.
The following message appears on your screen:
- click on the Yes button to actually delete the ended contract.
