For various reasons, a contract for a customer may be ended early. After the ending of the contract, no more recurirng invoices will be prepared by Yuki for that customer once the contract end date has passed.
Access to Current contract
To access:
- click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
- click on Contracts
- then, in the now-opened screen, select the Current contracts overview from the dropdown menu.
End contract
To end the contract of a recurring invoice:
- click on the subject of the current contract you wish to end early
- in the now-opened screen, click on the button with the three dots
- click on the Edit option

The following screen is opened:
- enter an end date or change the contract end date already entered
- then click on the Save button.
New end date is today's date
If you enter today's date as the new end date, you will find the contract in the ‘Ended contracts’ overview.

The new end date of the contract is immediately shown in the 'Current contracts' overview:

In addition, the end date of the contract is also shown on the timeline of the corresponding contract.

After the contract end date
The contract in question disappears from the 'Current contracts' overview as soon as the end date of the contract has passed. You will then find the contract in the ‘Ended contracts’ overview.
