Change contract of recurring invoice

You can change contract dataat any time, including contract details, invoice details and invoice lines.

Once the changes have been saved, Yuki will generate the next recurring invoice based on the contract’s current settings.


Restriction after the first recurring invoice is created 

However, once you have manually generated a first recurring invoice or Yuki has prepared the first recurring invoice for you, the contact of a contract or the set frequency of the recurring invoice can no longer be changed.

Access to Current contract

To access:

  • click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Contracts
  • then, in the now-opened screen, select the Current contracts overview from the dropdown menu.



Change contract

To change the contract of a recurring invoice:

  • click on the subject of the current contract you want to change
  • in the now-opened screen, click on the button with the three dots

    The following screen is opened:


  • click on the Edit option
  • in the now-opened screen, change the relevant details


  • click on the SAVE button to save the contract again as a current contract again (in the 'Current contracts' overview).
