This view shows all bulk requests currently created for the analytic view.
A bulk request contains all transactions that fall within the specified scope(s) of an analytic view for a chosen period of time.
However, all transactions that do not meet the input criteria of an allocation rule at the time the bulk request is created will appear as transactions yet to be assigned in the 'To be assigned' view.
Only a user with the 'Portal administrator', 'Portal back office', 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can assign analytic transactions.
From this screen, a user can:
- assign the transactions in bulk
- view the transactions in a bulk request
- assign a transaction manually
- view a transaction.
Click on the Financials icon in the navigation bar and then click on Analytical accounting.
In the now-opened screen, select the tab of the analytic view whose transactions you want to view and/or assign and click on the Go to dashboard button.
Then in the now-opened screen, click on the More actions button and then click on View bulk transactions from the dropdown menu.
The next screen is always opened in the Bulk requests view:

You can also indicate in this screen that the To be assigned view should be shown:

In the 'Bulk Requests' view, you can filter the shown data by Status:
- Queued
- In process
- Successful
- Failed.
Assign transactions in bulk
Transactions can be automatically assigned based on a bulk request:
- after changing an analytic view
- after creating or changing a scope
- after creating or changing an allocation rule
- after creating or changing a value
- for transactions to be assigned in the 'To be assigned' view.
ATTENTION!
During the creation of an analytic view, all processed transactions that fall within the specified scope(s) for the selected period will show up as transactions to be assigned in the 'To be assigned' view because no allocation rules have been created at that time.
To assign transactions in bulk, click on the Assign transactions in bulk button.
