All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

In this view, you can see all the analytic views that are currently created in the domain.

An analytic view is basically a plan you create to assign different costs and benefits to your view and then analyze them. Examples of a view are: department, project, etc.

ATTENTION!

A maximum of five analytic views can be created in a domain in Yuki.

Each analytic view is shown on a separate tab.

From this screen, a user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role:

  • create an analytic view
  • go to the dashboard of the analytic view
  • view the following charts/reports:
    • 'Revenue' and 'Costs' donut charts.
    • Profit and loss by value (Analytical accounting)
    • Profit and loss value comparison (Analytical accounting)
    • Profit and loss by dimension (Analytical accounting).

Click on the Financials icon in the navigation bar and then click on Analytical accounting.

The following screen is opened:

The example analytic view 'Revenue and costs by department' has already been created here.

ATTENTION!

When there are transactions present that meet the set input criteria (scopes) for the selected period, an orange banner appears on the screen immediately after the analytic view is created:

These transactions will also appear in the 'Transactions' view as to be assigned analytic transactions.

View reports

Among other things, analytical accounting allows you to break down the figures in an overview by value and/or dimension (e.g., country, branch, department, etc.).

ATTENTION!

The value 'To be assigned' is shown in the donut charts and the 'Profit and loss' report when analytic transactions are to be assigned to.

'Revenue' and 'Costs' donut charts

The analytic transactions assigned to values are shown in a Revenue donut chart and a Costs donut chart.

Under a donut chart, up to six values are shown with the value with the highest percentage being at the top. The remaining values are grouped together, so to speak, under the name “Other.

For each value, the total number of assigned transactions, the total amount of these transactions and the percentage of these transactions compared to the total amount of all values in the donut graph are shown under the corresponding donut graph.
