All transactions processed in the administrations of a domain in Yuki can be automatically assigned to values created within the analytic view of an analytical accounting, based on a so-called bulk request.

Only a user with the 'Portal administrator', 'Portal back office', 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can automatically assign transactions in bulk.

Transactions are automatically added by Yuki to the analytic view and assigned to value(s) if applicable:

  • immediately after creating an analytic view
  • after changing the period of an analytic view
  • after creating or changing a scope.

Transactions are automatically removed from the analytic view by Yuki:

  • after changing the period of an analytic view
  • after deleting an analytic view and thus the scope(s) of this analytic view.

A bulk request can be created manually if necessary:

  • after creating or changing an allocation rule
  • after creating or changing a value
  • for transactions yet to be assigned in the 'To be assigned' view

Click on the Financials icon in the navigation bar and then click on Analytical accounting

In the now-opened screen, select the tab of the analytic view whose analytic transactions you want to assign in bulk and click on the Go to dashboard button.

In the now-opened screen, click on the More actions button and then click on Assign transactions in bulk from the dropdown menu.

The following screen is opened:

Company

If the analytic view is created for all companies (administrations), you can select here, if required, the administration for which transactions should be automatically assigned in bulk.

Period (required)

Define here from which start date and until which end date transactions should be assigned to your analytic view.

Assign mode (required):

  • Only 'To be assigned' transactions
Only those transactions that for the selected period fall within the specified scope(s) of the analytic view but do not currently meet the input criteria of an allocation rule and thus have yet to be assigned to a value.
  • All transactions except manually assigned
All transactions that for the selected period fall within the specified scope(s) of the analytic view and meet the input criteria of an allocation rule except those transactions that have already been manually assigned to a value by yourself.
  • All transactions
All transactions that for the selected period fall within the specified scope(s) of the analytic view and meet the input criteria of an allocation rule.

ATTENTION!

All transactions manually assigned to a value by yourself will be overwritten by this.
