In addition to going directly to our support portal in the Knowledge base, you can also easily go from our software to articles related to the functionality you're currently working on in Yuki. For example, are you working within the Sales functionality and want to create new sales items to use on your sales invoice but aren't quite sure how that works? Then you can always click on the information icon at the top left of the screen.

In the old interface, you click on the information icon or the Help button at the top right.
Through the information icon, pages are presented that can help you use the relevant functionality. Clicking on one of the articles will link you to our Knowledge base and take you directly to the selected article. With this, we hope you can find answers to your questions quickly from within the software!
