How can I provide feedback on articles in the Knowledge base?

We have done our best to add as many useful articles as possible to our Knowledge base. Of course we assume that these articles are up-to-date and contain the correct information. Together with the users of the Knowledge base, we can make sure that the Knowledge base keeps getting better and richer in information. Therefore, you can indicate with each article what you think of an article, whether you miss something and how the article can be improved.

At the bottom of each article is the question: Was this article helpful? We would like to hear from Knowledge base users whether the answer is ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. If ‘Yes’ is clicked a thumbs up is shown behind the screens. If ‘No’ is clicked, you can indicate why the answer was not helpful and then send this feedback to Yuki..

We will be notified of this and, if necessary, will update the relevant article. 

We greatly appreciate all feedback.... This way we can optimize the Knowledge base together.
