The import file contains company data as well as contact person details. How can you link a company to a contact person during the import?
You have to import the import file in two steps:
- First import the company data.
Assign the company name to the 'Name' field. Then assign the rest of the company data to the corresponding target fields. Change the data of the contact person to 'Don't import'. - Import the contact person via the 'First name ' and/or 'Initials' field because then Yuki will create a contact card of the 'Person' type. Then you assign the company name to the 'Company' target field.
