Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
You can export the address book in order to subsequently import this in Excel, Outlook, Outlook Express or another Yuki domain. It is also possible to import contacts in the Yuki administration. This works with the same formats.
It is advisable to regularly exchange contacts between your domain and Outlook (Express), smartphone, GSM, PDA or Organizer so the contacts in both environments are always similar. In Yuki this is only possible via the import and export feature. there is no synchronisation feature available in Yuki.
Only a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can export contacts.
Hover your mouse over the Contactsicon in the navigation bar and then click on Import & Export.
The following screen is opened:
To view all exported address files, click on the History button. You will now see all address files that have been exported in the past.
