The business agenda is a useful tool to share business activities with each other. The agenda is accessible to all users. It is therefore not intended as a personal agenda (although it is sometimes used as such). Use the calendar to share appointments with your colleagues for meetings, events, deadlines for projects or other administrative matters.
The Calendar is only available when a user with the 'Management' role has chosen the bundle Small, Medium. Large of Unlimited via the Yuki Store in the domain.
Only a user with the 'Management' role in your domain can upgrade the minimal version of Yuki (Minimal) to the Small, Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle.
The Yuki Hours and Yuki Workflow features are integrated into the Calendar functionality.
Yuki Hours is only available when a user with the 'Management' role has chosen this additional feature via the Yuki Store in the domain.
Yuki Workflow is only available in the Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle.
With Yuki Hours, your employees can record billing hours on customers or projects and use them to create invoices for customers after assessment and approval.
Yuki Workflow consists of tasks, workflow rules and an extension to the Smartphone app for approving tasks. Due to the general design, this feature can be used for, for example, approving invoices, organizing orders or following simple work orders.
