Create new absence registration

Every employee can create an absence registration in Yuki. When a manager has been registered with the employee, this manager must approve or reject any new absence registration.


Move your mouse over the HR icon in the navigation bar and then click on Absence or from your own contact card on Absence. In the now-opened screen, click on the New absence button.


The following screen is opened:



An example of other absence is special leave at marriage or death.


The absence type Buildup/correction vacation balance is only available to a user with the 'Management' or 'HRM' role.


Select the absence type you want to create. The following screen is opened:



Enter the start and end date of your absence and the number of days of your absence.


If required, change the description of the absence registration or, if necessary, add comments.


TIP!

Only the creation of the abssence type 'Vacation' influences the balance of the vacation days.


Click on the Save button.



If applicable, the user who has been registered as a manager with the employee must still approve the absence registration.
