The Yuki Projects feature provides additional intersection and classification of documents and transactions in Yuki. Also, projects are used as project administration or analytical administration.

For example, to work with cost centers and/or cost carriers in Yuki, you use projects to break down costs and/or revenue by employee, department or product.

A P&L report of each project can then be requested.

Yuki Projects is only available when a user with the 'Management' role has selected the Medium, Large or Unlimited bundle via the Yuki Store in the domain.

TIP!

When importing payroll journal entries from Nmbrs®, a project can be created for each department (in Nmbrs®) in the administration in Yuki. In addition, all costs of a department in the payroll journal entry will automatically be assigned to the corresponding project in Yuki. For this, however, the Nmbrs web service domain or administration setting 'Split payroll journal entry by department' must be activated.

Only a user with a 'Back office' role in the domain can activate the above setting.

Per project, access can be determined so that, for example, part of the financial administration can be released to one or more users without these users having access to the entire financial administration.

In Yuki, you can collect a number of data in a project, so to speak, to get a better overview per subject or project. Each file can contain the following data:

  • Documents
  • Bank transactions
  • Financial transactions
  • Tasks
  • Activities
  • Contacts
  • Appointments (calendar)
  • Email (including letters).

This data can be manually or automatically assigned to one or more projects in Yuki.

Projects can thus be used to keep an overview of the above issues per subject or file. Because a project has a start and end date, you can keep good track of which projects are currently in progress. Furthermore, projects can be used to keep structure. For example, per project you can immediately see which open tasks are still there and which correspondence has recently taken place.

In the navigation bar, click on the Projects icon and the Yuki Projects home screen is opened:

In this home screen, you will see a dropdown menu with the main functions of Yuki Projects.
