Financial details of projects

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.


In Yuki, you can view in one overview the financial details of all projects with their associated documents and transactions. For each project, depending on the view selected, these details are grouped by:

  • Net revenue
  • Cost of revenue
  • Operating expenses
  • Other transactions.


For each project, the total balance is shown.

At the bottom of the overview the total result of all selected projects is shown.


Each user can only view the financial details of a project to which he or she has access. 


Hover your mouse over the Projects icon in the navigation bar, then click on Financial details


The following screen is opened:



In this screen you can use the following buttons:

  1. Select the period for which you want to view the financial details here.
  2. Select here on which you want to filter the projects: All Projects, my projects or manager.
  3. Then enter the actual search criterion.
    Clicking on the Search button will apply the filter to the list.
  4. Switch between showing or not showing active (ongoing) projects.
  5. Switch between showing or not showing a screen preview of the selected document.
  6. Switch between showing all financial details, profit and loss (operating costs related accounts) or gross margin (revenue and cost of revenue related accounts).
  7. View the financial details of a particular administration or of all administrations in the domain.
  8. Download the shown view as a CSV file (Excel).
  9. Print the shown view.


To view the financial details of a specific project, click on Financial details from an opened project.


Click on > in front of a linked document or transaction to open it and change it if required.


Only a user with financial rights ('Financial administration' and 'External accountant') and a user with a 'Back office' role in the domain can optionally move a linked document or transaction to another project or split the transactions of an invoice (purchase and sales) yet to be linked and link them to different projects by clicking on the Link/edit transaction icon behind the line.
