To view and/or change project data and links, hover your mouse over the Projects icon in the navigation bar and then click on Active projects, My projects, All projects or Recently viewed.
Then In the now-pened screen, click on > in front of the project in question.
The following screen is opened:
This screen shows the main functions you can use in a project.
Data
Project data
Each project contains two tabs on which you can view all items linked to the project as well as all details such as project code, start date and access to the project.
Financial details
In Yuki, you can view the financial details of net sales, cost of sales, operating expenses and other transactions for each project.
Profit and loss
The 'Profit and loss' overview gives a more detailed view of the state of affairs. You can see the project's interim results for the current year.
Assets and liabilities
The ‘Assets and liabilities’ overview gives a picture of the investments and outstanding receivables and debts, among other things. You see the project's interim balance sheet as of today.
Links
Here you can view overviews of all items currently linked to the project:
- Document(s)
- Sales invoices
- Purchase invoices
- Contacts
- Appointments
- Tasks.
Other projects
In Yuki, you can view a number of overviews of projects that basically show the same list but with a different filter. The following overviews of projects are available:
- Active projects
- My projects
- All projects
- Recently viewed.
