In Yuki, you can view a number of overviews of projects that basically show the same list but with a different filter. The following overviews of projects are available:
- Active projects
- My projects
- All projects
- Recently viewed.
Active projects are projects with no end date or whose end date is in the future.
The user who created the project is the manager of the project. He or she determines which users have access to the project and can therefore view and/or change it.
Users with the 'Back office' role in the domain have access to all projects except those with the 'Manager and members' access level.
Hover your mouse over the Projects icon in the navigation bar and then click on Active projects, My projects, All projects or Recently viewed.
The following screen is opened:
In this screen, you can use the following buttons:
- Create a new project.
- Make your choice on which projects you want to filter; active projects, my projects, all projects, or recently viewed projects.
- List view (details) of projects.
- Filing cabinet view.
- Tag cloud.
- Search a project by project name or code.
- Sort by end date or project start date.
- Enter the selection criterion;
= End or start date equals the selected date.
<= End or start date is the same or is before the selected date.
=> End or start date is the same or is after the selected date. - A date can be selected here.
- Filter by administration, in case of multiple administrations in the domain.
- Turn on automatic assignment for these projects (with a code of at least 6 characters)
- Change the columns shown in this overview.
- Download the shown overview as a CSV file.
All columns in the shown overviews can be sorted ascending or descending.
