The overview of scan/upload batches (history) can be opened by clicking on the PO Box icon in the navigation bar and then, in the now-opened screen, on History.
The following screen is opened:
The Private column shows the number of documents submitted in one of the folders on the bottom shelf of the Archive. These documents do not enter the back office workflow to be processed in your administration in Yuki. Private documents should be placed in the correct folder by yourself.
