In the 'Digital mail' overview, you will see a list of documents submitted to Yuki from an external source. These include emails sent to your Yuki email address for documents. Documents submitted via Dropbox or Google Drive are also listed here. Documents you have scanned or uploaded yourself are not listed here.
The purpose of this list is to alert you to documents that may have been wrongfully submitted to your administration. Go through the list looking for documents from "suspicious providers". If you don't find any, mark all documents as read. If you find a suspicious document, send a question to the back office so they can take action.
Only a user with the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can mark the documents (digital mail) as read.
For a detailed description of handling digital mail see article Digital mail.
