Before an administration can be activated in Yuki, your company's basic details must be entered. The accountant or administration office completes the Administration Wizard for this purpose.
Only when all data has been fully entered is the administration active, and you can start submitting invoices and bank details. Therefore, ensure that you have the data and documents listed below ready for your accountant.
The data below is entered by your accountant on the 'General' and 'Legal' tabs.
General details (for each legal form)
Your company's basic details:
- Company details: Official name and address details and the start date of the enterprise (in the current legal form).
- Contact person: First and last name of the main contact person, including telephone number and email address.
- Registration: Chamber of Commerce number
- Legal form: The exact legal form (such as sole proprietorship, general partnership, private limited company, foundation, etc.).
Additional details per legal form
Depending on the chosen legal form, the accountant will need additional details:
Sole proprietorship, general partnership (VOF), or professional partnership
- Owner/Partners: First and last name of the owner or all partners (crucial for the correct recording of private expenses and withdrawals).
- Taxes: VAT number (if subject to VAT) and Payroll tax number (if applicable).
- Corporate identity: A digital file of the company logo (in JPG, GIF, or PNG format).
Private Limited Company (B.V.) or Public Limited Company (N.V.)
- Directors: The first and last names of all natural persons or the company names of legal entities acting as directors.
- Shareholders: First and last name of all shareholders (necessary in connection with potential debt relationships).
- Participations: The names of any subsidiaries or participations (in connection with possible loans).
- Financial year: Indication whether a broken financial year applies.
Required documents
To officially start and verify the administration, the following document must be scanned and submitted (via upload, synchronization, or email):
- Recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
