Back office screen preview

The middle screen of the back office processing screen is the screen preview. The screen preview shows the document ready in the workflow to be processed in the administration. Tools are available in the screen preview to make the posting as smooth as possible.

In this screen you can use the following buttons:

1. Zoom in
2. Zoom out
3. Go left
4. Go right
5. Save this document on the hard disk
6. Merge this document with another document. Open the corresponding folder in the Archive and select the other document.
   Close the screen now opened or, if required, click the Edit, Delete, Convert to PDF, Download or Add buttons at the top of the screen.
   
   
   
7. By default, each document is displayed as an image
8. Displays the PDF document in a PDF viewer.

ATTENTION!

For a bundled document, a button is available to change the order of the pages, among other things.

If the document consists of a number of bundled documents, you can 'scroll' through the document below the screen preview. The active/selected document will then be displayed.
