To always use the correct price list for a specific contact (customer), you can record that price list for a contact.
Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar, then click on Contacts. Find/Search and open the customer's contact card, click on the Edit button and then click on the Tools tab.
Use the magnifying glass in the Price list field to record the correct price list for this contact (customer). Then click on the Save button.
TIP!
To view all contacts (customers) in a price list for which this price list is used, click on the button with the three dots and then select the menu option Contacts from the drop-down menu.
