Delete domain from portal

It is NOT possible to delete a domain from a portal in Yuki. 


However a user with the 'Portal administrator' role has the possibility to cancel the contract of the domain at the end of the current month or next month.


After the term of the contract has expired, yuki automatically sets the status of the domain to 'Inactive'. An inactive domain will still be visible in the overview of all the domains. Access to the inactive domain is blocked for all users, including the user with the 'Portal administrator' role. Data in the domain cannot be viewed, changed and/or processed anymore.


A domain name can only be used once in Yuki. A new domain must be given a new name. 


You can transfer a domain by exporting the documents form the 'old' domain and subsequently upload them again in the new domain. In this case, too, the documents will be invoiced by Yuki.
