This functionality provides the ability to manage user access rights in Yuki via the portal. This distinguishes between full access (view + change), read-only or no access. Among other things, this can be set for administration data, VAT codes, GL accounts and user creation.
Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can change settings for end user (customer) access.
A user with the 'Portal back office' role does not have access to end user (customer) access settings.
In the accountant portal, click on the Settings icon at the top right of your screen.
The following screen is always opened in the view with the general settings of the portal:
In addition to end-user (customer) access settings, this screen also contains the following general settings:
- samples
- document processing
- VAT return approval
- satisfaction
- security.
Set up access for end users (customers)
Functionalities for which access rights can be managed are:

The access settings to choose from for each functionality are:
- Full access (default)
Every user of a domain has access to the relevant functionality and can make changes to it. - Read-only
Every user has access to the functionality concerned but cannot make changes to it.
Only a back office employee can make changes. - No access
When the user clicks on the relevant button/link, Yuki will not provide access to the relevant functionality. It is therefore not possible for users to view the functionality and/or make changes.
