Share email within Yuki

You can specify who is allowed to view each email. This can be useful, for example, if you want your colleagues to be able to read the conversations with customers as well.



By default, access is set to Private, so you can only read the email yourself. You can customize access to your email:

  • Everyone
  • All users
  • All employees
  • Management
  • Private.


Access is changed via email, so if a new response is received or sent, this default access will be 'private'. You can adjust access at any time.


The 'Private' or 'Business' choice in the top left corner of your screen says nothing about access. This can be used to distinguish between private and business email addresses.


You can find the emails you have access to (that are not in your own inbox) in three ways:

  • on the sender's contact card
  • on the recipient's contact card
  • Via the search function.
