In Yuki, it is possible to create English or French sales invoices and reminders and/or demands for payment and then send them manually to your customers.
To create a (recurring) sales invoice in a foreign language, complete the following steps:

The text in the Heading field on a contact card is automatically used as the salutation (placeholder [heading]) in the text of the e-mail. This text must be translated into the correct language.
Access to contact card
- hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar
- click on Contacts
- in the now-opened screen, search for and open the contact card of the contact whose heading you want to translate into English or French.
Translate 'Heading' field
To translate the 'Heading' field:
- click on the Edit button on the opened contact card
- open the Extra tab
- translate the text in the Heading field into the required language
- then click on the Save button.
