Sales Standard - Translate 'Heading' field for sales invoice contact

In Yuki, it is possible to create English or French sales invoices and reminders and/or demands for payment and then send them manually to your customers.



To create a (recurring) sales invoice in a foreign language, complete the following steps:

  • Translate sales item description
  • Check the text of the email template in the foreign language and, if required, change it when the invoice is sent via email.
  • Translate 'Heading' field for contact (if placeholder [heading] is used in text of email) 
  • Select English or French as the language when creating the sales invoice..



The text in the Heading field on a contact card is automatically used as the salutation (placeholder [heading]) in the text of the e-mail. This text must be translated into the correct language.



Access to contact card

  • hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Contacts
  • in the now-opened screen, search for and open the contact card of the contact whose heading you want to translate into English or French.


Translate 'Heading' field

To translate the 'Heading' field:

  • click on the Edit button on the opened contact card
  • open the Extra tab
  • translate the text in the Heading field into the required language
  • then click on the Save button.
