Sales Standard - Create sales invoice in foreign language

In Yuki, it is possible to create English or French sales invoices and reminders and then send them manually to your customers.

To create a sales invoice in a foreign language, you need to go through the following steps:

Translate sales item description
Check text of the e-mail template in the foreign language and change it if required when the invoice is sent via e-mail
Translate 'Heading' field for contact (if placeholder [heading] is used in text of e-mail)
Select English or French as the language when creating the sales invoice.

TIPS!

By selecting the language English or French when creating the sales invoice, the English or French reminder e-mail template will automatically be used for sending the reminder.
If all sales invoices should be sent to your customers in English or French by default, you can set this under ‘Invoice language’ on the Layout tab (Sales settings).
