An administration is a Sole proprietorship, B.V., N.V., Foundation, Association or whatever entity that is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and/or for which an administration is kept. In some cases it can also be a private person or a project on which expenses and/or revenues are recorded.
Rights
Within a Yuki domain, various administrations can be run. For example, the operating company, management company and personal holding company or simply all operating companies. The rights can be determined per administration. So not everyone needs to have access to all administrations.
Coherence
It is possible to have a total overview of all administrations and search across all administrations. The financial figures can be shown per administration or across all administrations. This is not a consolidation but an addition. Also the bank accounts can be shown for all administrations so that you have a total overview of the liquid assets. Transfers from one bank account to another are automatically booked correctly both within an administration (via payments in transit) and within a domain to another administration (via current account).
There are other properties attached to an administration that are important for automatic processing. These include information about shareholders, directors, VAT period, cash, payroll and accountant. This information is recorded while updating the administration profile.
Status
An administration in Yuki can have three different statuses:
- Complete
The administration is ready for use: all necessary data has been supplied and documents for this administration can be submitted to Yuki for processing. - Incomplete
The administration is not yet ready: basic data for this administration is missing. As a result, you cannot yet submit documents to Yuki for this administration. To complete the basic data, click on the name of this administration in the domain. You can then fill in the missing details (the administration profile) in a number of screens. - Inactive
The administration is inactive: the end date of the contract has passed. You can only view this administration and perform edits for your own use. However, you cannot have documents for this administration processed by Yuki. You can view inactive administrations as long as there is at least one active administration in the domain.
